Customer Care Program
How we address both
your safety and ours.
Safety comes first!
Here is what we do to protect you and your
home.
Designing a safety action plan.
Please notify us at project start of any special concerns
that you may have including children, pets, etc.
Comply with OSHA safety regulations.
Keep the work site clean and organized.
Landscaping and shrub
protection efforts.
We understand that
landscaping and shrubbery are expensive and precious. Here's
what we do to protect them.
Ask you if there are any special
or delicate plants or shrubs.
Protect all landscaping, trees
and shrubs that are in the direct path of falling
debris or materials.
Superior Clean-up
Program.
One of the most important
aspects of roofing is keeping your home clean during the project.
Here is how we strive to do this every day.
Clean your site during the day
and at the end of the day.
Clean your lawn and site with
our magnetic "nail-finder" to reduce chance of any nails
being left in your lawn.
Keep our tools and materials neatly
organized and out of the way.
Suggestions to Ensure
a Problem Free Roof.
Please take preventative
action inside your home.
Check, and/or remove paintings,
antiques, photos, mirrors, etc. from walls, as these may
incur damage if they fall due to the walls vibrating during
roofing.
Cover any and all items in the
attic that may get dirty or damaged during the roofing project
as some debris may fall on them during roofing.
If we may be of assistance to
you with any of the above, please let us know, and we will
be happy to assist with any reasonable request.
Conditions Beyond
Our Control.
Please be aware that
despite our best efforts, the following may occur during roofing
projects, and are not the responsibility of the roofing contractor.
Existing structural problems such
as loose or cracked plaster and drywall, sagging rafters,
nail-pops, bowed walls, previously rotted or damaged siding
materials, etc.
Scheduling difficulties. We do
our best to stay on schedule, but mother nature and other
emergencies can lead to delays. We will do our best to
limit delays.
Help Us Help You.
If there are any concerns,
or ways for us to make this project less of an intrusion, please
let us know, and we will address them as soon as possible.

December 2004
Prospective Roofing Customer,
Let this letter serve as a letter of reference
for Powell Roofing Services of Kaukauna, WI.
We recently had the experience of having our
roof replaced in a 27-year old home that we purchased. In doing
so, we contacted three roofing companies and chose Powell Roofing
as our contractor. How did we choose Powell? By identifying what
was important, we concluded the following:
Evaluation and recommendation from the sales
rep or owner regarding type of shingle, venting etc.
Experience in the area and other jobs that
were successfully accomplished
Employed crew or crews that were brought in
from the outside
Pricing was a very important consideration
Follow-up service after the roof was in place
After evaluating the three companies, we chose
Powell as a result of Mike committing to the follow-up and his
recommendations for the project. He was very prompt in his scheduling and
communication.
His crew worked very diligently and did the job in
the scheduled time that was promised. They were very polite, and
extremely neat in not leaving any debris in the yard.
To date, we are very happy with the workmanship and
quality of the product. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking
for a roofing contractor in this area.
Regards,
William Sweeney
Quality On Top
Quality cannot be added to your roof after it's built.
It must be built into your roof, from start to finish.
